7. Related Parties The Company uses Gendreau Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm (“Gendreau”), for drug development, clinical trial design and planning, implementation and execution of contracted activities with the clinical research organization. Gendreau’s managing member is the Company’s Chief Medical Officer (“CMO”). The Company may continue to contract the services of the CMO’s spouse through Gendreau to serve as the Company’s Medical Director and to perform certain activities in connection with the Company’s ongoing clinical development of its product candidates. During the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, the Company paid Gendreau $103,624 and $356,088, respectively, and had accounts payable of $0 and $21,000 to Gendreau as of December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively. |
